Juicy smoked chicken piled onto Hawaiian rolls with Killer Hogs Mississippi White Sauce and Spicy Garlic Pickles. These Beer Can Chicken Sliders are an easy crowd favorite for parties and game day.

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- Killer Hogs Hot BBQ Rub
- 1 can your favorite beer
- Hawaiian Slider Rolls
- Killer Hogs Mississippi White Sauce
- Killer Hogs Spicy Garlic Pickles
Directions
- Remove the chicken from the packaging and pat it dry with paper towels.
- Spray the skin with cooking spray and season the outside with Killer Hogs Hot Rub.
- Pour about half of the beer into a separate container and reserve.
- Place the half-full beer can into a beer can chicken rack. Set the chicken on the rack and inject the reserved beer into the bird. Re-season the outside of the chicken where needed.
- Preheat your smoker to 325°F using pecan pellets for smoke flavor.
- Place the beer can chicken rack on the smoker and insert a probe thermometer into the thickest part of the breast. Cook until the breast reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
- Remove the chicken from the smoker and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Pull the chicken apart and shred it by hand.
- Serve the pulled chicken on Hawaiian slider rolls.
- Drizzle with Killer Hogs Mississippi White Sauce and top with Killer Hogs Spicy Garlic Pickles.
