Ingredients

  • 4 lbs bone-in country style ribs
  • ½ cup Killer Hogs Hot Rub
  • 1 bottle Killer Hogs The BBQ Sauce

Directions

  1. Prepare upright drum smoker for cooking at 275°F (any style pit can be used just follow the same time/temperature).
  2. Season the outside of the country style ribs with Killer Hogs Hot BBQ Rub.
  3. Place the seasoned ribs on the cooking grate and smoke for 1-1/2 hours.
  4. Move the ribs to a foil baking pan and pour The BBQ Sauce over each one. Cover the pan with foil and continue to cook for 1 hour or until tender.
