Country Style Ribs
Smoked country style pork ribs seasoned with Killer Hogs rubs, braised until tender, and finished with a rich barbecue glaze. An easy recipe packed with bold backyard BBQ flavor.

Ingredients
- 4 lbs bone-in country style ribs
- ½ cup Killer Hogs Hot Rub
- 1 bottle Killer Hogs The BBQ Sauce
Directions
- Prepare upright drum smoker for cooking at 275°F (any style pit can be used just follow the same time/temperature).
- Season the outside of the country style ribs with Killer Hogs Hot BBQ Rub.
- Place the seasoned ribs on the cooking grate and smoke for 1-1/2 hours.
- Move the ribs to a foil baking pan and pour The BBQ Sauce over each one. Cover the pan with foil and continue to cook for 1 hour or until tender.
