Ingredients
- 12 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- ¼ cup Killer Hogs AP Seasoning
- 12 slices bacon
- 2 Tablespoons Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup Killer Hogs The BBQ Sauce
- Wooden skewers
Directions
- Trim any excess fat from the chicken thighs and cut each thigh in half.
- Season all sides with Killer Hogs AP Seasoning and dry brine for 30 minutes.
- Cut each slice of bacon in half.
- Wrap each piece of chicken with a half slice of bacon and thread onto wooden skewers.
- Season the skewers with Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub and sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Preheat a pellet grill to 325°F.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 45 minutes.
- Glaze with Killer Hogs The BBQ Sauce and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 175°F.
- Serve with additional Killer Hogs The BBQ Sauce for dipping.
